Great location near the river and city center - perfect for a city break. Friendly and helpful staff made the experience even better, always ready to assist us with directions or any other inquiries. the room was always clean and comfortable, providing a nice relaxing atmosphere for a good night's sleep.
The spa treatments were quite expensive, and the staff was overly pushy about buying them. Some of the food at the restaurant was basic and not up to the standard of a higher-end hotel.

The breakfast was decent and included a live station for eggs and pancakes. The location was very convenient, in the heart of town with easy access to shops and restaurants. The spa options were good and offered relaxation after a busy day at work.
They gave misinformation regarding room capacities and charged extra for a "cot" that was never delivered. The front desk staff also demanded unnecessary personal information and publicly berated us in front of other guests.

The hotel has a superb location in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions. the rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable king size beds and well-equipped bathrooms. the breakfast offers a good variety of food and the staff is always attentive. the spa facilities are great and the pool area is a perfect place to relax.
One area for improvement could be the a la carte dinner, which could be more diverse.
